Barbra I Gabay, Assoc. AIA
With a five year Bachelor degree of Architecture from the University of Miami (class of 2003), Associate Member of the American Institute of Architects, and over 15 years of working knowledge in a full service Architectural Firm, Barbra Gabay has grown professionally through a diverse practice and hands-on experience. She has developed programming, design, and management skills from working on projects of various types, scales, and complexity. Barbra has been project manager to over 20 multi-million dollar residential projects and to over a dozen interior build-out projects including restaurants, night clubs, public schools and commercial facilities within the Miami Dade-County region. Her experience covers interior design and conceptional design, project management, design-development, and construction documentation of educational, commercial, and custom residences. In this capacity Barbra has developed familiarity with permitting procedures within local regulating authorities including Miami-Dade County, City of Miami, City of Miami Beach, Village of Pinecrest, Village of Palmetto Bay, South Miami and City of Coral Gables.
In May of 2010 & July of 2013 Barbra became a mom to two beautiful, healthy boys, named Gabriel Isaac & Caleb Immanuel Gabay. She resides in her native city of Miami and enjoys spending time with her two sons, her dog "Sugar" and her husband Julio Gabay.
